Vickie Heinrich Named RENEW-Gillette Employee of the Quarter

When considering organizational goals and the desired outcomes, looking at those within the organization that are giving their all and singling them out for appropriate recognition is the goal of RENEW’s Employee of the Quarter program.

During this past quarter, Vickie Heinrich has indeed given her all. Even as the Jack Plane Lane Home Supervisor, Vickie has, in fact, worked in every home and in Day Hab. Vickie consistently has been able to provide personnel oversight when there have been vacancies, in addition to filling shifts so other home supervisors might have time off.

RENEW-Gillette Operations Manager Eric Roesler reveals yet another reason for Heinrich’s most justified recognition. “Vickie volunteers to take numerous On-Call nights to help our organization fulfill its commitments to those we serve and those who serve them. Keeping in mind that Vickie lives in Upton, 140 miles roundtrip from Gillette. OK, correction -- she resides in Upton -- she lives at RENEW."

It’s that dedication that so exemplifies Vickie Heinrich and that makes her so deserving as RENEW-Gillette’s Employee of the Quarter.
