Donna Pysar Named RENEW-Sheridan Employee of the Quarter

She has assumed her right-by-the-door parking space, she has accepted her $50 reward and RENEW garb -- those being the “rights of passage” upon receiving the RENEW-Sheridan’s Employee of the Quarter Award.

Congratulations were showered upon Direct Care Professional Donna Pysar at the August 9, 2007 general staff meeting in Sheridan. RENEW Vice President Sandy Thiel made the announcement and awarded the bounty to a most deserving recipient.

Veep Thiel shared with the audience Ms. Pysar’s remarkable dedication to her clients and her willingness to work extra shifts. Those tasks were performed most successfully at a time when Donna faced an additional challenge on her homefront -- enduring the absence of her son serving in the U.S. Air Force in the Middle East.

Donna Pysar’s reaction upon receiving the recognition? “I’m surprised but also very thankful. Many others I work with are equally deserving.”

And comments about the DCP’s six years of service at RENEW? “It’s been my pleasure to work with staff and clients. I’m fortunate to be in a position to help enrich and fulfill the lives of those around me.”
