How did that happen?

In the past month, we gave out dozens and dozens of free bicycle helmets to kids.

The “we” is this case is RENEW ... Rehabilitation Enterprises of North Eastern Wyoming. RENEW is a sponsor of Project Youth’s SMARTY BUS which we took to schools and other community locations all over Sheridan County. We did more than give out free helmets, too. We showed how helmets can prevent brain injuries and even save lives. And we demonstrated how they can be adjusted for proper fit.
