The RENEW Foundation

Welcome! The RENEW Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation. Our mission statement is " The Foundation shall assure the future of services to clients of RENEW through solicitation of gifts, grants and fundraising". In essence, the foundation is the official fundraising and gift-receiving arm of the agency. Serving as an independent organization, the Foundation has its own volunteer board of directors and staff who oversee the direction and progress of the Foundation's activities.

In recent years, the Foundation has focused on reviewing individual client requests for special needs. The Board has approved the purchase of much needed items ranging from dental work to warm winter clothing.

In 2010, Kathy Coleman joined the Foundation staff to lead the agency through an exciting new endeavor. This new fundraising effort will focus on receiving individual gifts in support of the clients we serve. We are hoping to gain valuable support and validation from within the communities where we have a presence. In addition to approaching individuals, we'll be calling on local businesses and community stakeholders.

2011 will be an exciting year. Our goal is to add to our existing annual events including the Shoot-Out, along with building a stronger presence in each community.
